- In the navigation bar of the application click the Facilities tab.
- Underneath the Facilities tab, click Listing.
- In the search bar to the right of the facilities list, you can type in the name of the facility you are looking for. You can also scroll to the bottom of the page and use the navigation arrows to change the page and find your facility.
- Once you find the facility you are looking for, click it. This will take you to the facility details page.
- From here, scroll to the bottom of the page and click archive.
- After you click archive, a pop-up will appear asking if you are sure this is the action you want to take.
- Click yes, and your facility will no longer appear on reports.
