How do I add a project?

What is a project?

Project – Facilitize allows you to represent multiple work orders as a project.  In future releases, we will expand this to support additional project management features.

How do I add a project?

  • In the navigation bar of the application click the Projects tab.
  • Underneath the Projects tab click Add New.

  • The Add New tab will take you to the Add Projects form where you can add all of the information for your project. 
  • Once the information is filled out and checked click save. 

  • Your project is saved when you are taken to the Project Details screen and you see “Project Created,” at the top of the page in a light blue banner.
